Having insufficient manpower to manage and audit a regional retail program, Genii Group was engaged to manage the partner program, enforce marketing processes, and report on sales performance.

Client Situation

The client needed a program manager to oversee a new retail program, which involved more than 20 partners across four countries. In order to help the participating partners achieve the program objectives, the client also provided marketing support for demand generation, and sales incentives to reward motivated retailers.

- Acted as main point of contact for all partners. Answered queries and clarifications on behalf of our client.
- Sent regular and personalised communication to update partners on their progress against sales targets.
- Compiled, analysed and reported monthly retail sales results. Provided recommendations for regional and country considerations.
- Enforced marketing process by vetting plans on demand generation activities for compliancy. Audited all submitted marketing claims and their supporting proofs of execution
- Produced and distributed marketing collaterals to support channel program.
- Managed the regional marketing funds. Provided regular reports to the client on expenditure and corresponding results.
- Organised and managed an incentive trip for successful participating partners.
